Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact within 15 days of delivery.
Essential Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beach Towels (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or Customized Items
- Swimwear with hygiene seals removed
- Intimate Apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)
- Return shipping address
- Detailed packing instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please pack items securely in their original packaging, include all original tags and documentation, and affix the provided shipping label if applicable.
Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process within 5-7 business days.
